Three-bedroom apartment (3+1) in Benidorm

A new skyscraper in Benidorm, 230 meters high, will have 64 floors and will be one of the tallest in Spain. The project includes 260 apartments with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms and 1, 2, and 3 bathrooms, as well as four basement floors with parking and amenities. Residents will have access to swimming pools, a gym, sports fields, and even a private cinema. A sky bar and observatory will be located on the upper floors.
The building will surpass the city's current record holder, the 202-meter Intempo Tower, and become one of the tallest in Spain. Only the Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg (462 meters, including the spire) and the Moscow City Towers are significantly taller on the continent.
Construction will begin in 2025. The complex is scheduled to be completed in August 2028.
