Weather and climate of Spain
The comfortable Mediterranean climate creates favorable weather conditions throughout the year. The absence of sudden changes in temperature, picturesque tropical vegetation and cozy sandy beaches attract inexhaustible flows of tourists and investors, regardless of the season. After all, here every season has its own specifics and is attractive in its own way. Beach lovers are most interested in the high season, lasting from May to October. And those visiting Spain in November – April will be pleasantly surprised not only by the weather, the lack of lines, but also the extremely low prices for all types of services and goods.
Summer is the hottest period, in every sense of the word. Daytime air temperature is kept at +30-35 °. The congestion of hotels, restaurants, beaches, road traffic and other elements of infrastructure also reaches its peak.
Autumn, or rather its beginning, is a continuation of the beach season. Almost until mid-October, the water warms up to +25-26 °, and the air temperature does not fall below this mark. Late autumn is well suited for country trips and excursions.
Winter is a little like winter, in the classical sense. From December to March, the temperature column rarely drops below +4 ° and, as a rule, adheres to +10-15 °.
Spring, with its riot of colors, the aromas of tropical plants and the fragrance of the sea, makes Spain especially beautiful. April will delight in blooming gardens. And in early May, when the air warms up to +27 °, and the water – up to +20 °, a new holiday season begins.
