Spain's rental demand hits record levels in late 2024

The Spanish rental market has shown significant growth in the last months of 2024. Rental prices reached €11.9 per square metre, up 2.6% compared to the previous quarter and up 5.3% compared to last year. High demand and limited supply continue to put pressure on the rental market, especially in major cities and tourist areas.
