Spain takes a step towards migrants: new legalization rules!

Friends, the Spanish government has approved updates to the immigration legislation that make it easier to obtain a residence permit and a work permit. Now, realizing your dream of living in Spain has become more real than ever!
What's new?
● The waiting period has been reduced: to obtain a residence permit, you only need to live in Spain illegally for 2 years instead of 3.
● The "Second Chance" program: those who previously lost their residence permit can now restore their status thanks to the "second-chance arraigo" program.
● Work for students: foreign students will be able to work up to 30 hours a week while studying, gaining experience and additional income.
These changes will help integrate migrants, strengthen the labor market and reduce the shadow economy. The new rules will come into force 6 months after the official publication.
