To obtain a digital nomad visa in Spain, you need to collect a package of documents, some of which require translation by a sworn translator and apostille.
At the time of application, you need to prepare the following documents:
- An employment contract not with a Spanish company that has existed for more than a year. There were also requirements for the length of work in this company. If the employment contract is concluded for more than a year, then the visa will be issued for a longer period. I received a visa for 3 years - this is the maximum period.
- The salary must be at least 2646 euros per month. If you are moving together, then the applicant's salary must be from 3639 euros, and if there are children - even more.
- An apostilled diploma, if you work in your specialty. If not - a previous employment contract with a similar position for a period of 3 years.
- A bank statement on the account status.
- A signed "Declaracion responsable de compromiso de alta en la Seguridad Social", which states that I will register myself and pay taxes.
- A resume.
- A recommendation from an employer.
- Apostilled certificates of no criminal record from the places where I lived for the last 2 years.
- Health insurance for a year. I paid 775 euros for it.
- State fee (75 euros).
- A completed application form (there is a special form).
