These factors contribute to its growth as both a residential and commercial center, which is reflected in the rapid growth of real estate prices. According to the latest report from one of the analytics companies, in the city center, housing prices reached a record € 3,215 per m² in November 2024, up 21.7% from the previous year. Among the areas with the most significant price growth, Cruz de Humilladero stands out, where housing prices increased by 23.5% in a year, reaching € 2,726 per m² in October 2024. In the last quarter, the increase was 7.3%, and in the month - 1.1%.
