House prices rise in Malaga

According to the latest report from one of the analytics companies, in the city center, housing prices reached a record € 3,215 per m² in November 2024, up 21.7% from the previous year. Among the areas with the most significant price growth, Cruz de Humilladero stands out, where housing prices increased by 23.5% in a year, reaching € 2,726 per m² in October 2024. In the last quarter, the increase was 7.3%, and in the month - 1.1%.
