Experts predict stabilization of property prices in Spain in 2024

According to analysts, property prices in Spain are expected to stabilize in 2024. In the most dynamic regions, such as Barcelona and Madrid, prices will continue to rise, while in other parts of the country, housing prices may stabilize or even slightly decrease. This is due to the imbalance between supply and demand, as well as the impact of the new housing law adopted in May 2023.
